Team NiSCA Introduces Patent Pending Thermo-ReWrite (TRW) Patch Overlaminate!
Team NiSCA, a business unit of Kanematsu USA, is proud to introduce new patent pending Thermo-ReWrite Patch overlaminate that can be applied by the NiSCA PR5302A laminator. Thermo-ReWrite or TRW technology has gained prominence in the past few years by offering amazing savings by being able to print quality images and text; erase, and re-print different data on the same card up to 500 times. A perfect solution for access controlled visitor cards, temporary employee badges, event access cards and even frequent shopper cards.
Team NiSCA’s solution offers dye-sub desktop customization with the TRW benefits. Traditionally, the TRW film is applied to the card stock in the final assembly phase of the card production, but with Team NiSCA’s new film overlaminate solution, standard PVC cards can be customized with a NiSCA dye-sub printer. Then, the NiSCA PR5302 inline laminator applies the film in the same manner a clear patch overlay is applied.
