The PR53LE joins the PR53xx third generation series of NiSCA printers. It provides the industry leading 24-bit color, 256 grayscale edge-to-edge quality images printed on CR80 and CR79 cards with thickness ranging from 20 to 50 mil. The NiSCA™s printing quality and reliability are evolving from the state of the art manufacturing process, where quality assurance and environmental aspects are prioritized. It is recommended that you install the most recent Printer Driver v3.91 from www.teamnisca.com/downloads.cfm. We have been made aware that the most recent Windows Update may cause a "Setup initialization error" or "SCSI timeout error" or "Error writing to port" message when running versions of the NiSCA Printer driver prior to v3.84.
It is not required to uninstall the current version of the NiSCA Printer Driver. You may install the v3.91 over your existing driver version.
