users to produce cards.

2007 Another Great Success for Team NiSCA!
 Team
NiSCA had another record-breaking year! Printer sales were up by over
30% and the introduction to of the new PR-C101 made for an exciting
fourth quarter. We won some major programs in the US, Europe, The Middle
East and in Asia. We made some new partnerships and new friends. Thank
you all for a great year!
Our sales channel
is to thank for our great success in 2007. We have a small but very
effective sales channel that understands customer service, loyalty,
and the value of quality at the end-user level. In 2008, Team NiSCA
will make some strategic improvements to the channel to increase end-user
satisfaction and product availability, but will not make any drastic
additions to our value added reseller base.
In addition to
the US domestic business successes, Team NiSCA’s international business
is growing tremendously. We have added some new partners in the Australia,
Belgium, France, Indonesia, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and the UAE
that have all helped to grow our international business; so much so
that Team NiSCA is installing a repair and order fulfillment center
in Europe.
As many of you know,
we began shipping the new PR-C101s late in December so we are only now
beginning to hear the excitement from the channel. I am pleased to announce
that with the hundreds of PR-C101s sold to date, we have not experienced
a single DOA. In addition, the PR-C101’s mean time between failure has
increased to 100,000 cards (single sided YMCKO)! This is a vast improvement
over the initial estimated rating of 20,000 cards. With MTBF rates this
high, we have decided to strictly limit the number of PR53LE printers
we hold in inventory. Due to the PR-C101’s encoding options, speed of
printing, price point, and now MTBF data it can easily replace the PR53LE.
In 2008, Team NiSCA
is expecting similar growth and will continue to beat the same drum
of “Value for the Future”. In addition to the expected new features
of the PR-C101 (magnetic encoding, contactless encoding, etc), we anticipate
announcing a new printer by year end. Sorry I can’t give away all our
good news at once, you will have to stay tuned-in. Thank you again and
